A healthy winter breakfast: fenugreek leaves and spinach
Methi Palak Kee Parath Recipe: Spinach and fenugreek are very beneficial for health. Spinach paratha and fenugreek that are low in calories and rich in fiber are best for weight reduction, heart and stomach ailments. Fenugreek contains both soluble and insoluble fiber, which makes the body’s metabolism good. Spinach is rich in proteins, carbohydrates, fiber, polyunsaturated fats, omega-3 and omega-6. It is also high in nitrates, which is effective in lowering blood pressure. In winter, you will get powerful benefits by eating spinach and fenugreek.

Necessary Ingredients:
2 cups wheat flour
1 cup boiled fenugreek
1 cup boiled spinach
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon celery
1/4 teaspoon mustard
salt to taste
as oil as required
Method: First of all
, mix the flour and salt in a bowl and knead the soft dough by adding water.
And put the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and let it heat up.
Add cumin , carom seeds and mustard seeds to it.
Now add the fenugreek, spinach, all spices and salt and fry for two minutes.
Turn off the gas after the vegetables have absorbed all the water. The filling is ready. Now break the dough balls and roll them as much as you like
.
And fill the dough by placing a spoonful of the filling in it.
Put the dry flour on the dough and roll it like a paratha.
Put a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and leave it hot. Now put the paratha
and bake it by applying oil on both sides until it becomes crispy.
Likewise prepare all paratha .
The fenugreek and spinach paratha is ready. Served with yoghurt or raita.
