Necessary components:
For dumplings –
1/2 cup besan
1 pinch baking soda
1 pinch turmeric powder
pinch red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
to make the judge-
- 500 g of yoghurt
- 1 1/2 cups besan
- 2 teaspoons fenugreek seeds
- asafoetida pinch
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 dry red peppers
- salt to taste
- Oil as required
to harden-
2 teaspoons oil
1 teaspoon mustard
pinch asafoetida
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
Method: First of all
, put the dumpling ingredients in a bowl.
And make a thick paste by adding water to it.
Now put the curd and two cups of water in a bowl and mix it well. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix
.
Put the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and leave it to warm.
And put a small cow in it and fry it.
And remove the fried pakora in a plate and set aside.
Now reduce the same oil by half and add fenugreek, fenugreek and dry red pepper and soften it.
Add curd flour mixture and cook with constant stirring until boiling.
When the gram flour boils, cook it for 10-15 minutes.
AndAfter the specified time, put the pakora in it and cook covered for 2 minutes and turn off the gas.
And heat the oil in a frying pan on a medium heat.
Add asafoetida , mustard seeds and garam masala to it and soften it.
Pour the mixture over the curry immediately.
And delicious Kadhi is ready. Serve hot with rice or roti.
